| Griffin and I headed out to the Skypark for a little flyin and ATVing. |

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the flight deck diner, then headed back across Delaware Bay to Cape Henlopen, seen below.

| Now heading south down the Ocean coast, passing the old 16-inch gun batteries that were operational during World War II. Can you find the 16-in gun in this picture? |

Passing the Indian River Inlet and the Charles W. Cullen Memorial Bridge, also known as the Indian River Inlet Bridge.
The bridge is the fourth one at the Indian River Inlet to be named in honor of Charles W. Cullen (July 8, 1865 – July 10, 1948), a lawyer and judge from Georgetown. He served on the Delaware State Highway Commission from 1930 to 1940 and as its chairman from 1938 to 1939, during which time he oversaw construction of the second bridge to span the Indian River Inlet, replacing a 1934 timber bridge.

| Chuck was on hand to make his famous Smashburgers. Chip's Covid-burgers or hockey-pucks are just a bad memory. Chuck has revolutionized the art of Burger Making at Essex Skypark! |

| Chuck also started the ATV revolution at Essex Skypark. He restored an abandoned ATV that had been rusting away in the back of one of the hangars. Next thing you know, everyone who's anyone at Essex Skypark has an ATV! Here, Brian leads Nhu-An and Don out on an ATV adventure. |

| Gunnar and Pooh don't understand but don't really care. They'd rataher be chasing each other around anyways. Even Tom was on hand, working on his big wheel Maule. |
